The exchange is currently available to residents of the Netherlands and Belgium. Other countries will follow in the future.
Can I place Stop orders?
Stop orders aren’t available currently, they are coming soon.
My balance is not updating?
Balance updates aren’t fully automatic yet, this will be introduced soon. As a result you’ll sometimes have to refresh the balance with the update icon or completely refreshing the page. We are aware this isn’t ideal, but will be fixed within the next two weeks.
