Change phone number
Currently, it is only possible to change your phone number with a 2fa reset request. Please note that in the 2fa reset form you need to fill in the phone number that is linked to your LiteBit account. This question is for verification purposes only and you will not receive a text message on your phone number. You can log in with your username and password as you normally would. Next, you will see a form. Please read the instructions in the form carefully. Once a request has been made, we will process it as soon as possible. If you do this during office hours, we can often turn off the 2FA the same day so you can change your phone number afterward.
Once the 2fa reset is approved by LiteBit it's possible to reset your phone number during the login process. You can do this by choosing the option "Via SMS". In the next step, you can enter your new phone number and you will receive an SMS verification.
