Please be aware of an important update regarding the LiteBit accounts of international customers.
We are forced to implement stricter compliance requirements in preparation of regulatory changes. Therefore, we unfortunately can no longer offer crypto services to customers who reside in specific countries. You can find the list of affected countries below.
Impacted customers have been selected because the information on their LiteBit account shows that they reside in a country which is on the list. They will receive an email in which they are requested to withdraw any funds and/or crypto they have within 15 business days.
On 11 December 2019, all trading and account access will be suspended for these customers. Afterwards withdrawal is only possible by submitting a withdrawal request at https://support.litebit.eu/hc/en-us/requests/new

How to withdraw your funds
To withdraw your funds, please login to https://www.litebit.eu/en/login and click ‘My wallet’. Next, please locate your funds and click the withdrawal buttons.
