The correct amount
If you want to sell cryptocurrency to us, you indicate the amount we will receive from you. It is important that the amount we actually receive corresponds to the indicated amount. A (miner) fee is required for each transaction. This fee is for the miner of the block the transaction will be registered in. When this fee is overlooked, the indicated amount may differ from the amount we actually receive. In that case, our system will be unable to find a match, which means the order cannot be processed automatically.
The set timeframe
If you sell cryptocurrencies to us, it is important that we receive the correct amount from you within the set timeframe. This timeframe was set because the trade price may fluctuate rapidly.
If we did not correctly receive your cryptocurrencies, we can offer you the two following options:
- The order will be processed after all at the current trade price.
- The amount we received will be refunded to your return address.
