Answer: This differs per payment method and whether or not payment has been made.
We normally cannot cancel orders that have already been paid. Automated systems such as iDEAL and Bancontact complete the payment itself, after which LiteBit directly reserves the purchased cryptos for you. If a direct payment method is used, but payment has not yet been made, the order is automatically cancelled.
It is not possible to cancel orders that have been paid with Sofort or Giropay. The ordered crypto is already purchased and reserved until payment has been received.
Is cancellation not possible?
Is it not possible to cancel your order but still want to convert it to euros? Sell these cryptos back to us. A fluctuating rate can cause your order to have a different value when sold.
How do I cancel a withdrawal to an external wallet?
If you have made a withdrawal to an external wallet and have any doubts about this transaction, for example if you have used the wrong wallet address or destination tag, please contact customer support. They will let you know if it is possible to still cancel your withdrawal.
