Answer: The Dutch government and the bank have obliged us to verify bank accounts.
We are required to verify our customers’ bank accounts by the Dutch government and the bank. When verifying a bank account, you link your bank account to your LiteBit account. A bank account is automatically verified by LiteBit when it is first used to deposit euro on the account. The name of the bank account holder should match the name registered on LiteBit. If there is a mismatch, the payment will not be accepted. After a manual check by a LiteBit employee, we will either process the payment or refund it depending on the situation.
