Answer: A recovery service from LiteBit which restores cryptocurrency which are either send to an address which only exists on another blockchain or for a unsupported token.
I have sent my cryptocurrency to an address which only exists on a different blockchain
Once you have sent cryptocurrency to your LiteBit wallet it may occur you have entered a different address (for a different coin) as receive address. In most cases we can still recover this for you. The recovery process is time consuming for one of our experts and therefore there is a cost of €750. You may choose to deduct this amount with the current rate (at time of the recovery process) or to deduct this from your credit balance.
Example: You have sent BCH to your BTC LiteBit wallet address
I have sent a token which is not supported by LiteBit to my LiteBit wallet address
Once you or a third party have sent tokens to your LiteBit wallet which are not supported by LiteBit the token will not be automatically recovered. In most cases we can still recover this for you. The recovery process is time consuming for one of our experts and therefore there is a cost of €500. For this process, the payment has to be done with your LiteBit credit balance. At the start of the process the LiteBit credits need to be available on your LiteBit account, when they are insufficient the recovery process will not be performed, in this case you may request a new recovery process at any time.
Example: I have sent Bomb-token to my ETH wallet address
