Answer: A service from LiteBit which restores cryptocurrency sent to a wrong network (another cryptocurrency).
The minimum order amount for this service is €2,000. You need to tell us this within 7 days and the service fee is 0.1 Bitcoin. This because it is a risky and time-consuming process for our experts. Not all transactions can be restored.
This policy DOES NOT apply to deposits with incorrect or missing memos (destination tags/ message/payment ID etc.) on currencies. Nor does it apply to tokens sent to addresses.
The cryptocurrency will be recovered in a time frame of our discretion, which will occur once per month at maximum.
This policy DOES apply to any deposits sent to an address of another coin on another network. The policy includes but is not limited to:
- Sent BTC to BCC
- Sent BCC to BTC
- Sent DOGE to DGB
Important: We WILL NOT recover coins that are not supported by our LiteBit wallets. Nor will we recover funds that were distributed as part of an ICO.
