Sorry to hear that you face this problem. It is possible that you haven’t received an e-mail to confirm a transaction or sell order. If this happens, the following article will help you find a solution.
Checking the spam folder
First of all, check the spam folder of your e-mail program. Often our emails are seen as spam and end up in those folders. Other possible locations are ‘Promotions’ or ‘Purchases.’ If you can’t find the e-mail there, you can take the following steps.
Solution 1: Changing your email address
You can change your e-mail address you use for LiteBit: some e-mail providers automatically block some of our e-mails. Examples of these include '@gmx.de' or '@web.de.’ A different provider can allow our e-mails to get to you, like Gmail. To change your e-mail in this situation, please contact support. (Support)
Solution 2: Enabling Two Factor Authentication
If you are unable or don't want to change your e-mail address, you can activate Two Factor Authentication (2FA information) on your account. With 2Fa enabled it is no longer necessary to receive confirmation e-mails for the order or withdrawals because you will confirm those with your 2FA code. An important note, it also adds an important layer of security to your account and data.
To enable 2FA you do need a confirmation e-mail to activate 2FA so in both cases it is required to contact LiteBit support (Support). They can help you activate 2FA on your account.
For both options the action has to be requested again, we cannot resend a confirmation mail for an action.
