Could you please make sure your receive address is correct?
For some cryptocurrencies available on LiteBit we cannot verify the order receive address. Please make sure the address you submitted is correct and belongs to your wallet. If our system has sent any funds we cannot undo this and your cryptocurrency will be lost.
Could you please make sure your wallet is synchronized?
If your wallet is not synchronized with the network new transactions will not show up. Most wallets will have an indicator of the current block they are on and when the last update occurred. If your wallet is out of sync, please restart your wallet. In most cases this will force your wallet to synchronize with the network.
For most cryptocurrencies you can find an explorer in which find all transactions from your wallet to see if the transaction was completed.
