The moment you request LiteBit to delete your account, we will deactivate your account. This means that your account is closed and can no longer be used. Logging in or trading will no longer be possible.
For this reason, we can only process requests for empty accounts. If there are still funds or credits in the account, we cannot honor your request.
You can of course submit a new request to us as soon as you have cleared your account. By law, we delete your account 10 years after the last activity on your account, including any personal data you have submitted to us.

If you would like your personal data deleted earlier, please contact Customer Support. You can always ask us to delete your personal data. However, we cannot always honor this request, for example if we are required to keep your personal data for a longer period of time due to a legal obligations.
