When you send in a request to delete your account we will deactivate it for you. This means your account is closed and can not be used anymore. It is not possible to log in or trade then.
Because of this we can only accept requests for accounts that do not hold any funds. If you still have funds or credits in your account, we can not process your request.
When you do not have funds in your account anymore you can always send in a new request. We will delete your account 7 years after the last activity in your account, including the personal data in your account.
If you have any questions about withdrawing funds from your account please contact our customer support. You can also do this if you want to delete the personal data beforehand. We will then send you a form with this request for removal.
