Go to the verification page https://www.litebit.eu/en/account/verification and follow the steps to get verified.
Please remember to not send ID/passport for tier 2 verification requests.
Tier 1 information:
For tier 1 verification you need to fill in your phone number. After putting in your phone number you shall receive a text message with a code.
This code needs to be filled in on the same page.

You filled in your phone number, but didn't receive the text message?
Please contact LiteBit support. Some providers block such text messages.
Tier 2 information:
For tier 2 your address needs to be verified. Document requirements:
- Not older than 3 months
- States clearly name, date and address
- Not an ID card or passport
Document type must be:
- a bank statement
- a rental agreement
- a government issued document
- An Invoice
Tier 3 information:
For tier 3 identification a passport or ID card is required.
- Front side of passport/ID card
- Back side of passport/ID card
- Photo with customer with passport/ID card
Where are my personal documents stored?
After uploading your personal documents we will review them, after they have been reviewed the documents are placed on an offline server. The document servers are only accessible for LiteBit when necessary.
