A strong password has a character length of 12 characters minimum: You need to choose a password that’s long enough. There’s no minimum password length everyone agrees on, but you should generally go for passwords that are a minimum of 12 to 14 characters in length. A longer password would be even better.
Includes Numbers, Symbols, Capital Letters, and Lower-Case Letters: Use a mix of different types of characters to make the password harder to crack.
Your password is not a word or a combination of words: Stay away from words especially if they are obvious like 'bitcoin' or 'dog'. A combination such as 'big dog' is also very bad.
Try to create a strong password: for example, 'Big_D0g543!' fit many of the requirments; It's 12 characters long, includes numbers/symbols, lowercase/uppercase but in fact this password is really bad since it does contain a word and is fairly obvious.
With the tips above you can easily come up with a new secure password which is hard to guess but the problem here is it is also hard to remember. You have to come up with a password which is not obvious so no words but is still easy to remember. Consider using a trick you can remember.
For example, since dog is pretty obvious you may remember the following sentence easy. "My first dog named snoodles was a golden retriever. I got him when he was 2 years old and paid a symbolic price of $2 dollars." This is just as easy to remember since this is a part of your memory and your password could be "Mfdnswagr.Ighwhw2yoapaspo$2d." Ofcourse it doesn't have to be this long but this is an example how to easily remember a password with letters and special characters.
